A Teaser :)

Ah. Finally.

Life here in Canberra has finally become complete...all our "stuff" has arrived, including about half of my personal library (the rest is in storage) and ALL of my tatting books!

I have organized them a little differently here--the English-language are on the left and the foreign language (including Russian, Polish, Japanese, German, Dutch and Thai) on the right...lovely!

Also, I FINALLY finished the big project I was working on (finally!) but it's not quite done being blocked/finalized, but since you have all been so patient, I have for you a small teaser...

I promise, the rest will be revealed, before the end of the week.

Kristen, over and out.

  1. Must be great to get your "stuff." You sure have a lot of books to lug all around the planet every time you move!

Can't wait for the big reveal! That looks so familiar, but I can't place it..... : )

    1. It is so great--although now the house seems quite full...and I think my clothing bred and had babies while they were in the boxes!

All will be revealed in just hours...

    1. Thanks! I got a little tired of the color after a while, but in the end I'm glad I finished it!

    1. Hmm, what a good guess, maybe you are right??

I have quite a few Indian/books about India just below my tatting books...There is "India, From Midnight to the Millennium" by Sashi Tharoor (not a coffee table book but definitely good sized), "The Namesake", EM Forster's "A Passage to India" and on another shelf I have a Ruskin Bond book, a gift from an Indian friend in Russia...My husband and I have India near the top of our list of places we want to live in the near future...hopefully we get there sooner rather than later! :)
